A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been paid and accepted by Wildwood Resort.
2. Payment Terms and Authorization
At the time of booking, a valid credit or debit card must be provided. Wildwood Resort requires 50% of the reservation total at the time the reservation is made as a deposit.

If a payment is declined, Wildwood Resort may require immediate payment by another accepted method. Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation of the reservation, denial of check-in, removal from the property, or collection action.

For RV site and campsite reservations, this tax is not a tax on the guest’s personal recreational vehicle. It applies to the guest’s paid overnight occupancy of an RV site or campsite on the property.
Taxes are calculated at the time of booking and/or payment and are collected by Wildwood Resort for remittance to the appropriate taxing authority.
If any tax rate, governmental charge, or required fee changes after a reservation is made, Wildwood Resort reserves the right to adjust the amount charged to reflect the legally applicable amount due at the time of stay, payment, or remittance.
