Being on Toledo Bend, we naturally provide the best fishing in the country. From our most dedicated bass fisherman to the average person just enjoying the lake, we do catch fish ! Wildwood Resort is located in the heart of prime fishing - within 15 minutes of 9 of the best fishing spots on Toledo Bend as cited by "Trophy Lake" video productions. Wildwood Charters, a division of Wildwood Resort is pleased to offer Guided Pontoon Trips to both its’ guests and the public. We are fishing the San Patrice, San Miguel & Lanan areas of Toledo Bend. Some also know this as the “1215” or Blue Lake area. This nationally recognized area provides some of the finest Bass – Crappie – Bream & Striper fishing in this country. Wildwood has three seasoned guides with custom built party barges to serve our customers.

Our custom party barges provide a great trip for up to 16 guests on our largest vessel. On all 3 boats we can take a total of 36 guests. We provide bait & tackle and you can bring your ice chest with refreshments or we can provide that for you on request for a nominal amount. Your professional guide will make sure you have a successful trip. We can also BBQ a picnic lunch for your group on board while you are cruising. Or if you want a relaxing “Sunset Cruise” with your wine or beer – that can be provided too.

Many a youngster has embarked on his fishing career from our trips. We do have our guides clean the fish you catch.

We have a covered fishing pier that is brushed and baited up and has lights for night fishing. We also have six stocked "catch & release" ponds.

Golf

Wildwood Resort is near several great golf courses including the Cypress Bend course and the Emerald Hills course. We can make arrangements for you to play these courses and provide you with information on other courses that are just a short drive away.
